Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using coupera.ai or the Coupera.ai mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Coupera.ai is an Amazon deals aggregation platform that displays product discounts, promo codes, and price drop information sourced from Amazon.com. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

Coupera MCP server

Coupera.ai operates a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at mcp.coupera.ai that exposes the Coupera.ai Amazon deal catalog to AI assistants such as ChatGPT. Use of the MCP server is subject to these Terms as well as the policies of whichever AI client you are using to access it.

The MCP server is read-only and provided free of charge for non-commercial discovery and personal use. The server and any data returned through it are offered “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Coupera.ai may rate-limit, modify, or discontinue the MCP server at any time without notice.

Deal data returned by the MCP server is sourced from Amazon and subject to the same accuracy caveats described elsewhere in these Terms — prices, availability, and promo codes change frequently and may not match what appears at Amazon checkout. Amazon affiliate tags are attached to URLs returned by the server per the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.

You may not use the MCP server to scrape, redistribute, or republish the deal catalog at scale, nor to build a competing aggregation service. Automated access for integration purposes (e.g., an AI assistant answering a user's question) is expected and permitted.

Amazon affiliate disclosure

Coupera.ai participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program that allows us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com. When you click a link and complete a purchase on Amazon, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Accuracy of information

Deal information including prices, discount amounts, promo codes, and product availability is sourced from Amazon and is provided for informational purposes only. This information changes frequently and may be inaccurate by the time you view it.

You should verify current pricing and availability directly on Amazon before making any purchase decision.

Promo codes

Promo codes displayed on Coupera.ai are subject to the terms set by Amazon and the individual seller. Coupera.ai does not guarantee that any promo code will be valid, active, or applicable to your order. We are not responsible if a promo code does not work as expected.

Use of the service

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without permission
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual property

All content on Coupera.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coupera.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and descriptions are the property of Amazon.com and respective brands.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Coupera.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coupera.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Third-party links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, primarily Amazon.com. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over third-party sites.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
